اخوت ہاؤسنگ فائنانس کمپنی کی طرف سےابتدا ئی طور پر  گھر بنانے اور  گھر خریدنے کے لیے  کم اور متوسط آمدنی کے حامل افراد کی رہائشی ضروریات کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے سود سے پاک اور نہایت آسان شرائط پر سرمایہ کاری / فائنانسنگ کا اجراء کیا گیا ہے ۔ کم آمدنی کے حامل افراد کے لیے سرمایہ کاری / فائنانسنگ کی حد پچاس لاکھ  روپےاور متوسط آمدنی والے افراد کے لیے سرمایہ کاری / فائنانسنگ کی حد ایک کروڑروپے  تک رکھی گئی ہے۔اس سرمایہ کاری / فائنانسنگ کودیگر بینکو ں اور مالیاتی ادارو ں سے نسبتًاکم شرح  پر شریعت کے قوانین کے عین مطابق  بنایا گیا ہے۔


Akhuwat Housing Finance Company Limited (AHFCL) was incorporated on June 25, 2021 as an unlisted public limited company. Akhuwat Housing as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) is licensed & regulated by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan to provide competitive affordable Housing Finance in Pakistan.

We offer Shariah Compliant Housing Finance Services for the following purposes:

1.  House Construction

2.  House Purchase

AHFCL is an extension to Dr. Muhammad Amjad Saqib’s vision of creating a poverty free society built on the principles of compassion and equity. Being the leading platform for multiple welfare programs and interest free microfinancing, Akhuwat has embarked on the journey of meeting the basic need of shelter by offering a competitive affordable Housing Finance Program for Urban, Semi urban, and Rural segments of society.
